This piece is the most fragile of the entire collection. It’s covered with pasta shells that can snap and break with very little effort. And yet I’ve transported it and hung it numerous times and it’s intact. The pasta represents so much – my Italian heritage, my love of food, but most importantly, both the fragility and strength of family.
